Your session playlist.
Your session, one phrase per line. Every phrase names one thing that is present, and nothing more.
- Each letter becomes a tone between 100 and 2,000 Hz.
- Numbers, punctuation and emoji are skipped; accents are simplified.
- ✦ Suggest supporting phrases (step Add Supporting Phrases) — the AI picks broader phrases from Essentials, the Library and your own presets that pair with the ones in your playlist; tap one to add it, or × to skip it. One AI call.
- Edits made while a session is playing take effect the next time you press Play.
- 🌀 marks a phrase from the AI Phrase Generator. It is display-only and does not change the sound.
- Lines that break the phrase standard are flagged and skipped — tap Review to fix them.
- Your own — with a free trial or a membership you can type or paste your own phrases, and your own frequencies on the Rife tab. As a Visitor you add from Essentials and Rife presets.

Frequencies in Hz, played after the playlist.
- Type them separated by commas, spaces or new lines — e.g. 528, 432, 7.83 — or pick from Rife presets in Search presets and sessions, on the Build your session bar.
- Whole numbers and decimals from 0.01 to 20,000 Hz; a trailing “Hz” is fine. Anything else stays in the box but does not play — the note under the box names it.
- Rife always plays on Square, whatever waveforms are ticked.
- The Prioritizer’s Rife tab can send frequencies here; you choose to add or replace.
- Very low or very high tones may be inaudible on your speakers — the page still plays them.

- 🔲 Square — buzzy, sharp edges.
- 📐 Triangle — softer, some texture.
- 📈 Sawtooth — bright; every harmonic.
- ⚡ Pulse — hollow and reedy.
- 📻 AM — pulses in and out.
- 🎧 Binaural — two tones 8 Hz apart, left and right, heard as a slow beat; speakers or headphones.
- 🔗 Composite — layered tones.
- 💥 Burst — short bursts with silence.
- 🌪️ Noise — static, no pitch.

Options
Set it and walk away.
- For this many minutes — stop after that.
- Cycles — stop after this many passes.
- Start time — wait until this time, then play; it repeats daily until you press Stop. Keep the tab open and the device awake.
- Pause (min) — minutes of silence between passes. While it waits, the bar at the bottom says so and counts down to the next cycle.
Then press ▶ Play. Start with the volume low; it ends by itself or runs until you stop it.
